How Ordering, Privacy,
and Allergens Work

Ordering and Cancellations

Everything is made to order for your date. Individual orders need at least three days notice, and event packages should be booked as soon as your date is set, because booking is what reserves the day.

A deposit of at least 50 percent reserves an event date. The balance is due at pickup or delivery.

Because each order is made for a specific date and often personalized with names, numbers, and colors, changes and cancellations depend on how close it is to your date and how much has already been prepared. Reach out as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you are refunded in full.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup happens at 2124 Y St #106 in Lincoln at a scheduled time. This is an office and production space rather than a walk-in storefront, so pickup times are arranged with your order.

Delivery covers Lincoln for a flat fee. Anywhere outside the city is quoted separately, since pricing depends on order size, distance, and availability.

Latex balloons filled with helium are guaranteed for 24 hours. Arches, towers, and bouquets built without helium can be installed the day before your event.

If Something Is Wrong

Food is perishable and made fresh, so it cannot be returned once it leaves. If something is not right, tell us the same day with a photo and we will make it right.

Allergens

Our sweets are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen, and cross contact is possible.

If you or a guest has a food allergy, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can accommodate it.

Privacy

We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details, delivery address when it applies, and the details of what you ordered. We use it to prepare your order, arrange pickup or delivery, and reply to you.

Payments are handled by Stripe, and card details never touch this website or our systems. Order confirmations are sent by email through our email provider.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond what an order requires. To see what we have or ask us to delete it, email Susweetballoon@gmail.com.

Terms

This site is operated by Susa's Sweets and Balloons LLC in Lincoln, Nebraska. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change before an order is placed.

Photos show past work. Because everything is handmade, your order will be similar rather than identical to a photo.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
